Dressed in a bathrobe and blue socks, an ailing Wendy Williams was ushered into her Manhattan apartment building on Friday. Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show the TV host stepping out of a black SUV, dressed in a gold and cream cloak and what looks like hospital socks, as she walks the wet sidewalk of New York City.

Last year it was announced that she would be taking a break from her daytime talk show as she struggled with health issues related to a diagnosis of Graves’ disease. Graves’ disease is a disorder of the thyroid’s immune system that causes anxiety, tremors, and puffy or bulging eyes.

Wendy was last seen on her show on July 16, 2021. Her team said she will be back on September 20 for season 13.

But not high,' she said.  'My doctor prescribed - are you ready?  Three weeks vacation.  I was pissed.  Encore gigs, really?'  Wendy also revealed that she was diagnosed with lymphedema in 2019.
