The new season of SAS Australia is in full swing.

He was seen soaping up in the bunker showers and using a bucket of water to wash his torn body of the day’s grime.

Ironman Jett, meanwhile, showed off his impressive physique as he stood nearby, half-naked except for camouflage pants.

The 27-year-old model was then seen hoisting a bucket of water over his head before the camera cut to another scene.

Sam made headlines after the SAS Australia season premiere on Monday after he made the surprising revelation that he cheated on his ex-wife of four, Phoebe Burgess, when they were married.

“I don’t think I was the best husband sometimes,” he told the camera. “I embarrassed my wife. I had an affair with a girl, a woman in Melbourne. That’s true.

“I was on tour and unfortunately that happened. What would’ve been… it would’ve been a tough place for Phoebe to be.”

On Tuesday, the British sportsman described his SAS Australia experience as “intense from the first minute to the last”, admitting that at times he “really believed it was too much, but he persevered”.

When asked what was the worst part of Seven’s military show, Sam said it was “definitely the lack of food and cleaning the toilets.”

The former South Sydney Rabbitohs player also revealed that he was preparing for SAS Australia by doing a month of ‘general training’ and fasting for 48 hours each week.

Describing it as a learning experience, he added, “I just think I’ve looked more deeply into my abilities and understanding of others and the abilities of others. It was a great period of growth.’
