Erin Holland has become the second celebrity to quit SAS Australia.

The 32-year-old model and cricket WAG handed in her armband on Tuesday’s episode, after failing to carry Dan Ewing on her back around an assault course.

Chief Instructor Ant Middleton had given Erin the near-impossible task as a chance to save herself after failing to complete some exercises earlier in the day.

But after several failed attempts to lift the strapping actor, Erin announced she could go no further — especially knowing that the other recruits were brutally punished with more grueling exercises until she was done.

‘I can’t do that to them. I can’t,” she told Ant.

‘It’s the f**king right thing,’ he replied. ‘Look at them.

Before filming the grueling challenges, Erin had explained to the camera that she never wanted anyone else to suffer because of her.

‘Fear of selling myself short? That is mine. If what I do affects other people? I really don’t want that,” she said.

She became the second to voluntarily leave the competition, after Brynne Edelsten quit after six hours a day earlier.

SAS Australia continues on Channel Seven at 7.30pm on Wednesday
