Amused shoppers have spotted a sassy detail in a woman’s artwork after she shared a seemingly innocent photo of her new makeup table.

The woman, from Northern Territory, showed off her new bargains at Kmart after putting together her makeup table for less than $150.

But upon closer inspection, many realized that the painting leaning against the wall was a print of her actual buttocks, along with her leg, a foot and two hands.

“I don’t know where you got the idea, but I love it,” one shopper wrote, while another added, “Does anyone else see the bum painting?”

While one woman joked, “That artwork is explicit.”

Some people said they still couldn’t figure out what was in the painting, with one of them explaining, “That’s someone sitting in paint and then on a black canvas.”

The artwork is a trend on TikTok where people paint their buttocks, palms, feet and the backs of their legs.

“I did one where I had my boyfriend paint my ass and then I sat down on the canvas and had my boyfriend help me pull me off,” said one woman.

“Make sure it’s a good friend because she got really close and personal and then had to help wash my ass in the shower. Also do it with a paint that won’t stain.’

Many were impressed by the print, some asked the woman how she did it.

‘Paint your buttocks and legs first. Get up and do your foot and then your hands,” she explained.

She also shared a TikTok video after showing how she made her “bum” print in her underwear with the help of her friends.

Many said they thought the painting was a “great idea” to do with family or friends, while others joked that they needed a “bigger” canvas for themselves.

‘Great painting! If I can find a canvas big enough, maybe I’d make my own,” one joked, while another added, “I love it, but I’d need a much, much bigger canvas for my butt. ‘
