The government is demanding that a judge deny Josh Duggar’s request to suppress photos of his hands taken by law enforcement officers, which show a scar that matches the images on his digital device as part of his child pornography trial.

Duggar – best known for being part of his family’s popular reality show, 19 Kids and Counting – has been accused of downloading and possessing pornographic images of children under the age of 12, which he denies.

On April 29, 2021, police took three high-angle photos of Duggar’s open hands over his feet while he was in custody, the sun reported.

Duggar’s legal team filed a motion to suppress those photos, claiming it was “outrageous” that Duggar’s body parts had been “manipulated and that he had to pose for the photos.”

His legal team added that the photos were an “infringement of (his) personal rights” and asked for the evidence to be removed.

Duggar’s lawyers claim law enforcement officers needed a warrant to photograph Duggar’s body parts and allow him to pose in a certain way for the photos, but the government is fighting back, demanding that the judge in the case reject the request.

They allege in court documents that Duggar “expressly consented to the taking of the photos” and that he was not ordered to remove any clothing for the photos.

The documents continue to claim that the photographing of his hands “did not constitute an unreasonable or unwarranted search of the defendant’s home” and that “his hands were clearly visible and clearly visible.”

The court says the photos document a scar on Duggar’s hand that is “clearly visible” and that “law enforcement officers have observed the same scar in images recovered from the suspect’s electronic devices seized under a search warrant.” In this case.’

Last week, new court documents revealed that Duggar had been placed on the Arkansas sex offender registry for molesting his sisters years before his arrest on charges of child pornography in April.

The papers, filed Aug. 30, allege that “Joshua Duggar has been placed on the sex offender registry and legal proceedings have been initiated to remove Joshua Duggar from the sex offender registry.”

The claims were filed by the City of Springdale and other defendants — dubbed the Springdale Defendants — in response to a lawsuit filed against them in 2017 by Duggar’s four sisters.

Duggar was accused of sexually abusing five young girls as a teenager in 2015.

The allegations were first reported by In Touch magazine, which, at the request of freedom of information, uncovered a 2006 police report detailing Duggar’s alleged sexual abuse of the underage girls.

Four of the five girls were Duggar’s sisters, according to the police report.

Two of Duggar’s sisters – Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald – later spoke out to reveal that they were victims, but that they had forgiven their brother.

Last week, new court documents revealed that Duggar had been placed on the Arkansas sex offender registry for molesting his sisters years before his arrest on charges of child pornography in April.

Jill, Jessa and their two sisters Jinger Vuolo and Joy Duggar filed a lawsuit in 2017 in a federal court in Arkansas against the city of Springdale, alleging that the release of the information to In Touch violated their privacy and caused “extreme mental anguish and emotional distress’ .’

In the new files, the defendants say the allegations that Duggar had harassed his sisters were already well known because he had already been placed on the sex offender registry for the alleged abuse before the police report came to light.

Duggar was arrested in 2019 after Little Rock Police Department Detective Amber Kalmer gained access to his files while he was on a undercover online investigation to expose perverts who use it to trade images, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

Authorities discovered that Duggar hid his treasure trove of child pornography on his work PC behind a screenshot of his family,

Police seized the HP laptop from Duggar’s office when they raided his car dealership in Arkansas in 2019 to search for evidence of illegal downloads.

On the computer’s home screen was a healthy family portrait of 33-year-old Duggar, his pregnant wife Anna and their six children, federal prosecutors reveal in a new file.

But when experts delved into the device’s hard drive, they quickly discovered sickening images of prepubescent sex acts, it’s alleged.

She was able to find two files: a zip folder containing 65 image files of naked girls between the ages of seven and nine, and a two-minute video of a girl of the same age being raped by an adult man.

After pleading not guilty to child pornography charges, Duggar has been locked up at the home of friends of the family who agreed to be his guardian during his release. He is prohibited from using devices with internet access pending his trial.

Duggar’s family rose to fame on the reality show 19 Kids and Counting, which ran on TLC from 2008 to 2015.

The reality show was canceled in 2015 after allegations that Duggar abused his sisters and a babysitter. Duggar’s parents said he confessed to the caress and apologized.

Duggar previously apologized for a porn addiction and cheating on his wife, Anna, who is pregnant with their seventh child.
