SAS Australia’s brutal toll: Model Erin Holland shows off her bruised and battered body after leaving the show

Model and former Miss World Australia Erin Holland has released graphic photos showing the physical toll on SAS Australia.

The 32-year-old had dozens of bruises on her battered arms and legs in a series of confrontational images she shared with her 400,000 Instagram followers.

Erin suffered the injuries while filming Channel Seven’s military reality show in Capertee Valley, NSW, earlier this year.

“THE AFTERMATH…A rough look at what a few days of roster looked like (plus a 90+ pound sore back on it),” she wrote in the caption.

“SAS Australia is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s 24/7 – so many tasks that it’s impossible to broadcast them all! SO much respect for my fellow recruits who are still struggling there – it only gets wilder from here.”

Erin Holland was the second celebrity to retire from SAS Australia on Tuesday.

During the episode, Chief Instructor Ant Middleton asked Erin to wear actor Dan Ewing after failing to complete some exercises earlier in the day.

But after several failed attempts to lift the strapping actor, she announced she could go no further — especially knowing that the other recruits were brutally punished with more grueling drills until she was done.

‘I can’t do that to them. I can’t,” she said to Ant, before handing in her bracelet.

Fans watching at home found the challenge unfair, with the slender beauty being forced to drag a grown man around.

Many posted their concerns on Twitter, writing, “Why would Erin be the second biggest man to wear?”

Someone else agreed: “Erin will never be able to carry Dan.”

Another person tweeted: “I might as well have asked Erin to run 100 meters in eight seconds.
