“We know that sometimes people want to share nude photos that are artistic or creative in nature, but for various reasons we don’t allow nudity on Instagram,” the policy explains.

On Sunday, Britney used Instagram to announce her engagement to beau Sam Asghari, sharing a photo of her wearing a giant diamond ring.
And she responded to critics — many of whom insisted on getting a prenup — in typical fashion, posting a photo of her behind in a pink thong along with the caption: “People love to s**t like this.” KISS MY A TO TALK **!!!!!!’
Britney and Sam have been together since 2017, after meeting on the set of her Slumber Party music video.
In June, she claimed her custody of the couple prevented the couple from getting married, telling the courts: “I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was told at this point in the conservatory that I cannot get married or have a baby.’
Spears doesn’t have to deal with those restrictions for long, however, following news that her father Jamie has moved after 13 years to finish her conservatory.
For the past few months, Britney’s fiancé has been a regular supporter in her struggle to finish her conservatory.
“Sam is horrified to see Britney not being able to make decisions on her own and so frankly doesn’t care about her father,” an insider recently told Page Six.

“While they’ve been wanting to take the next step for a while, Britney and Sam know it would be so much easier if she wasn’t under the restrictions,” she added.
Jamie first took control of Britney’s finances and personal decisions in February 2008.
A month earlier, the singer had been placed in two psychiatric grips, which helped kick-start the conservatory.
Her first visit to a psychiatric hospital came after she refused to hand over her children to her ex-husband Kevin Federline, when she should have done so under their custody arrangement.
Towards the end of the year, the conservatory was extended indefinitely, and it is currently still in effect.
However, during coverage of the circumstances of Britney’s conservatorship preventing her from making financial decisions for herself, many of her fans joined the #FreeBritney movement, which is pushing for the end of the legal settlement.

Since last year, the pop superstar has spoken out about her father Jamie’s removal from his position as curator, and recently replaced her court-appointed counsel with attorney Mathew Rosengart, whom she had asked.
In a shocking development, Jamie announced in August that he would be stepping down from his role as curator, though notably he hadn’t recorded a timeline for his departure.
Last week, he suddenly moved on when he filed a petition with the court to end the conservatory together.
However, sources close to Britney claimed that TMZ last week that Jamie applied to end the conservatory before her lawyer had even asked for so much because he believes the judge overseeing the case will require a mental evaluation first, which Jamie reportedly believes his daughter will to fail.
The sources claimed he hoped such a failure would bring his daughter even closer to him.
