Bella Hadid assures fans she has the COVID-19 vaccination… after followers wondered if she skipped Met Gala due to strict vaccine mandate
She is a staple on every major airstrip in the world.
And Bella Hadid put the rumors to rest after fans wondered why she wasn’t attending Monday night’s coveted Met Gala in New York.
While some followers questioned whether the event’s strict vaccine mandate was to blame, the 24-year-old model assured critics that she had, in fact, been vaccinated to protect herself from COVID-19.

Bella removed the sleeve from her gray sweatshirt and wore a face mask as she waited for the jab in a doctor’s office.
“For all concerned,” she captioned an image that appeared to be August 6 last month, as no vaccinations were available last summer.
Fans wondered if Bella was one of the many celebrities who missed the event due to a vaccine mandate requiring all guests to prove their vaccination status.
A few days earlier, Bella was on hand to launch her new wellness drink brand, Kin Euphorics, where she danced the night away with Halsey, Helena Christensen, Kid Cudi and her mom Yolanda.

Interesting Info: Bella’s younger brother, Anwar, took to Instagram in December to share some of his views on vaccinations as the coronavirus pandemic continues to take lives nearly two years after it was first documented
It’s no surprise that Bella’s vaccination status was called into question after her younger brother, Anwar, admitted last year that he refused to take the shot.
During a short question-and-answer session on social media in December, a follower asked, “Do you want to take the vaccine?”
“Absolutely not,” Anwar replied, showing a photo of a wooden floor and the top of his shoe.
His response prompted another follower to ask, “Why are you anti-vax?” with the added shock of a crying emoji.

“Either I just don’t get it, or I get it and go heal from it and get antibodies instead of doing that process unnaturally, our bodies are made by the creator to do a lot more than we think,” he wrote.
Anwar was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, shortly after his mother and sister, Bella, contracted the disease.
COVID-19 indications may appear completely asymptomatic or prolonged, flu-like symptoms, similar to symptoms described by people with Lyme disease.
He later clarified, “I’m not ‘anti-vax’. I think everyone should be careful with each vaccine individually and look at positive and possible negative effects.’
However, it was back to work for Bella when she shared a few horseback riding shots from a countryside photo shoot.
