Fitness queen Ashy Bines has shared the recipe for her favorite healthy wrap recipe.

The popular Australian personal trainer makes her chicken salad wraps using a viral four-part hack that exploded on social media earlier this year.

The wrap hack calls on home cooks to slice their flatbreads from center to edge before filling it with their chosen ingredients.

Ashy loads her wrap with fresh veggies and chicken — making it a good source of protein, fiber and vitamins, but it also makes for a good filling.

“Having a few main meals that you love that are easy to make and you always have the ingredients in your fridge and pantry that I think is the key to being really consistent and making your healthy lifestyle easier,” she explained. while she shared the recipe.

Before adding that the wrap always satisfies her and makes her feel full.

The video shows the star loading the green wrap with roast chicken, spinach, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, Brussels sprouts and tomato.

She then takes the first part, which was loaded with chicken and beetroot, and folded it over the carrot before folding it over the sprouts and tomatoes.

Known for her toned physique, Australian fitness queen Ashy Bines has revealed the workout she swears by to tone the inner thighs.

In a video she shared with her one million followers, Ashy demonstrated the short workout routine consisting of six exercises.

“I get a LOT of questions about the inner thighs and abductor’s strength and I definitely find it harder because I’m very ITB (iliotibial band) and quad dominant!” she wrote.

The three ten-minute rounds can be performed at home, as limited exercise equipment is required, and each exercise or leg raise should be pulsed for one minute.

Ashy first performed an elevated side lunge by placing her left leg on a chair and placing the other straight down on the yoga mat.

She then completed a round of leg lifts by supporting her body with her forearm, tightening her core and raising her leg toward the ceiling.

Using a lightweight medicine ball, she pushed it to the floor between her legs and took a huge side step.

When completing the side sumo squat, Ashy recommended mastering the movement and “keep moving down from side to side” and placing your feet out.

She then performed a sumo squat pulse for one minute, followed by a supine diagonal knee extension.

‘So amazing what you can do with minimal equipment or no equipment at all!’ she wrote.

As a result, Ashy got an easy-to-eat package and shows why the snack-wrap hack went viral earlier this year.

The hack was taken over by dozens of high-profile influencers who filled it with everything from KFC and leftover Mexican food to bacon and eggs and even marshmallows and chocolate.

It was later picked up by fitness influencers, such as Ashy, who showed how to fill a wrap with colorful, nutrient-rich ingredients for the most benefit.

How can I recreate the viral snack wrap hack?

1- Cut from the center to the edge of the wrap

2- Place heavy/hot filling, in this case chicken, in the quarter before slicing

3- Put lettuce in the next section

4- Put tomato in the next section

5- Add cheese to the last quarter

6- Add spices and sauce to taste

7- Start folding the lettuce over the tomato

8- Continue folding clockwise

9- Roast until golden brown and then serve

And Ashy’s fans seemed to enjoy the snack wrap reminder, her video has been seen by over 171k people, with over 5000 taking the time to like the post or leave a comment.

“You got me addicted to these wraps, I just had a vegetable one,” said one of her followers.

While another described the wrap in the video as their ‘dream wrap’.
