The fact that many parents are apparently more willing to get vaccinated than to vaccinate their children makes some sense. One is that the approval process for children has been slower, potentially fueling more concerns. Another is that, for obvious reasons, parents may feel more protective of their children than themselves, especially when it comes to vaccines that haven’t been tested for a long time.
