Netflix’s upcoming reality series Selling Tampa stars a cast of eight glamorous real estate agents who bring the drama as they give viewers a glimpse of the most lavish properties on Florida’s Suncoast.
Premiere on December 15, the SThe Elling Sunset spin-off follows military vet Sharelle Rosado and her all-black, all-female real estate company Allure Realty as they enter the luxury waterfront market.
“Two years ago, Sharelle was already on it in the real estate game,” Allure agent Colony Reeves said in the show’s trailer. The word about starting her own brokerage business has been a hot topic. I had to be part of it.’

Sharelle and Colony are “making deals in heels” along with fellow brokers Alexis Williams, Anne-Sophie Petit, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio, Rena Frazier and Tennille Moore.
“She wanted smart women. She wanted powerful women. And I really think that’s what makes Allure Realty what it is,” Juawana says of Sharelle’s booming business.
Like its predecessor, which is in its fourth season, the latest show in the Selling franchise is a mix of high-end real estate and rivalry as the women try to balance work and personal relationships.

“The real estate market in Tampa is booming right now,” said Anne-Sophie, but not everyone is shrugging off.
In a tense encounter, Sharelle singles out Karla and Alexis for falling behind, saying she’ll need them to “step it up.”
“You and me can’t bear this whole brokerage,” Colony later complains to Anne-Sophie. “We’re hustling here.”
The trailer also shows tensions spilling over at a group dinner, where Juawana asks Karla if she’s “still in training.”

“I’ve really toyed with the idea of starting my own brokerage business and going out on my own,” she explains during a private conversation with two other brokers.
Sharelle later tells the group that she’s “begging no one to stay” with her brokerage, although it’s unclear why she said so.
